Bedtime
Bedtime for three sleepy girls:
Me: "Time to go to bed!!!!" Evan would not stop doing what he was doing, so I had to take his toy and gently move him towards the bedroom. "Ow! Don't pull my hair!" he said as he walked to bed angrily. I had barely brushed his hair with my hand. He doesn't like to be directed physically where to go. It offends him, but I often forget that about him. Alexis keeps chanting "I'm a scared-y cat!" "I'm a scared-y cat!"
Me: "Alexis, it's time to go to bed" Alexis: "I'm a scared-y cat!" "I'm a scared-y cat!"
Me: Ignore and walk towards the room hoping they'll follow. They do.
Savannah drags her one injured foot down the hall as if it is completely immobile. (She stepped on something sharp today and has to wear a band-aide.) As she is dragging her foot down the hall she keeps trying to convince us that she really does need a wheelchair.
I just thought it was funny. My three kids have such different personalities. They make me laugh.

A wheelchair? Funny!
I would love to spend about a week with them. you think I could survive it? They are at the cutest stages of their lives.
Poor Savannah, she's just like Evan, every little owie is the end of the world :)
