We are proud to announce that we have grown our first squash! 0lbs, 9 oz., about 7 inches long. It was so beautiful. Daddy cut the cord. Savannah was the first to hold it. We brought it inside, gave it it's first bath... didn't say a thing, just laid there and let us wash it. It was so cute.
Then we chopped it up, fried southern style, and ate it immediately. YUM! You just can't beat fresh squash!
